It\'s an easy and quick recipe that gives a light flavor and aroma and the best part is the delicious crumbs from the fried marinade. My kids loved it so much. The homestyle dish came out perfectly! So, I wanted to share this recipe with everyone! Ingredients: - Prawns 500 gms (fresh) - Kashmiri chili powder 1 tsp - Chili powder 1 tsp - Fennel powder 1 tsp - Turmeric ¼ tsp - Garam masala 1 tsp - Ginger garlic 2 tsp - Lemon 2 tsp - Coconut oil 1 tbsp - Corn flour 1 tsp - Water as required - Salt to taste Preparation - Marinate the prawns with the items indicated and set aside for around 30 mins. Secret: How to get tender, juicy perfection? • Concentrate on adding water to the marination, the masala mixture should not be watery. • Mix well & marinate the prawns for a minimum of 30 mins. • Fry the prawns on medium heat for 4- 5 mins & flip over for evenly cook. • It’s recommended to fry seafood for 4-5 mins on each side on medium flame and remove it and kept aside for 5 mins. • You will enjoy the tender & juicy perfection if you follow these steps. Process: - In a pot, add oil for deep fry and place the prawns. - Leave it for 4-5 mins on medium flame. - Flip over for evenly cook. - Strain it and keep it aside for 5 mins. - Serve with rice or roti.'
